June 2006 One Day Chilli Course

These pictures are of the first original Cooking with Chillies course that took place at a local cookery school in Nottingham in June 2006 [this course has now moved to Courses for Cooks. On this day we tested and tasted the following fresh and dried chillies throughout the day: Fatali, Habenero, Serrano, Birds Eye, Chipotle, Cascabel, Cherry Bomb, Thai, Ring of Fire and Jalapeno. We also looked at and learned about many other varieties in the flesh!
