The one day Cooking with Chillies cookery course in Nottingham is designed for those who wish to learn more about the use of different types of chilli peppers in cooking.
The day covers preparation and techniques for cooking with fiery chillies, as well as their milder counterparts, in starters, main courses and desserts.
If you want to learn more about identifying chillies, their individual heat levels and unique flavours - this course is for you.
It is not all hot and spicy cookery - we include a range of dishes to suit everyone!
