Chilli Cookery Course!

Many thanks for your patience on Saturday. Despite trying to sabotage the recipes by my incompetence I was very impressed with both the range and flavour that we managed to turn out. In particular I very much liked the originality of the Pimientos de Padrón, the intense heat and flavour of the rum soaked chicken, and was totally won over by the chocolate chilli cheesecake.

Barbara and I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday. It was really interesting and you clearly have a genuine enthusiasm for chilli cooking! The venue was great and you all worked hard making us feel welcome and sharing your knowledge. Not sure how long you have been running courses but you were really professional and helpful and must have spent lots of time preparing which made the day a success. I made the chilli cheesecake for fathers day lunch today and got heaps of compliments and took the leftovers to a friends and picked up more compliments!!! Thanks for sharing your recipes.

I had a great time on the course thanks, there wasn't a dish all day that I didn't enjoy. Thanks for letting my girlfriend, Claire, join us at the end of the day, although perhaps it wasn't the best idea as she now keeps pestering me to make some more Chilli Cheesecake.

"The Cooking with Chillis course was excellent - I didn't realise how versatile chillis were! With pleasant company, a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of opportunity to cook (and enjoy eating!) a variety of dishes incorporating chillis, I would definitely recommend the course. My particular favourite was the Chocolate Chilli Cheesecake, and the Chilli Pancakes went down very well with my friends on pancake day!"

"Beginning with chilli pancakes for breakfast and concluding with chili shortbread and chocolate chilli cheesecake for dessert, we cooked and ate all day. By the time we finished I was so full I could hardly move. It is amazing what you can do with chillies. I would have never thought of putting chillies in pancakes or shortbread, but they were both quite good......"
