This year, despite bad weather, we have twice as many varieties and twice as many plants! Pimientos de Padron [not a chilli but an unusual little green pepper that occasionally produces a hot one] have joined Goat Peppers, Habaneros, Santa Fe, Hot Waxes, Big Jims and Twilights in our greenhouses!
We also have Ancho, Mulato, Pasilla all going strong and abou to be harvested and dried for use on cookery courses next year!
I'm afraid we have been too busy tending to the plants and running courses to publish a full diary with pictures this year - if you come on one of the courses you will get to tatse our home-grown chillies though!
