February 2006 One Day Cookery Course

These pictures are of the first original Cooking with Chillies course that took place at a local cookery school in Nottingham in February 2006 [this course has now moved to Courses for Cooks. On this day we tested and tasted the following fresh and dried chillies throughout the day: Thai Hot, Fatali, Scotch Bonnet, Caribbean Hot, Habenero, Jalapeno, Birds Eye, Chipotle and Jamaican Hot. We also looked at and learned about many other varieties in the flesh and tasted the South Devon Chilli Farm's special Chilli Chocolate!
