It features a whole new host of recipes for starter, main course and dessert, designed to take you further into the world of the chilli pepper!
We will cook a range of dishes to suit all tastes - no recipes repeated from the first course - a host of new ideas!
This course assumes a certain amount of knowledge already - gained from the original Cooking with Chillies course - so it is better to do the Cooking with Chillies cookery course before joining us for this one.
