April 2006 One Day Cookery Course

These pictures are of the original Cooking with Chillies course that took place at a local cookery school in Nottingham in April 2006 [this course has now moved to Courses for Cooks. On this day we tested and tasted the following fresh and dried chillies throughout the day: Fatali, Habenero, Serrano, Birds Eye, Chipotle, Cascabel, Cherry Bomb, Thai, Naga Moresh and Piri-Piri. We also looked at and learned about many other varieties in the flesh!
On this course date we adapted the menu to suit a vegetarian guest - we can always be flexible if we are aware of special diets or particular dislikes.
